Its hard to talk about how i see and how i feel art, but i think the best way to do it is explaining my work as artist.I'm part of the photography workshop, but right now i'm a little far of it. Now my work, walks around the memories. Actually, walks around how people charge an object with memories of a place, a moment, or a person.
When I went to Chaitén, i saw an abandoned city. The people who lived there let all the memories, all the objects under the ashes. In that moment i started to think about why they never returned to their objects.
The travel, the infinite question, the natural catastrophe, let behind a lot of pictures, tickets, leaves from the trees, parts of wood and a lot of stories.
So, right now, my work is to think and to explore how to share all the experiences, how to express all the questions around objects, memories and time. For the moment i'm working in an artist book, mixing materials, textures including text and photos.
I want to share with you some photos and material that are part of the book (because the book is not finish yet).

Best Birthday Ever !
Today I want to share with you the story of the best birthday ever. It was the morning of march 3rd of 2013, i woke up and, as each birthday, my mom was waiting me with a delicious breakfast. After that i got a call of one of my best friends telling me to prepare a bag because he was going to get me in 20 minutes, off course i asked him where we were going and off course he didn't tell me anything. So i started to prepare a bag and go with my two sisters (both accomplice) in the car of my friend right to a liquor store and stop for a few friends more (in two other cars). After a long time of travel we arrived to Elqui valley with six friends and my two sisters, the camping was full really full of people, and in the center a huge bonfire full of people drinking and playing some music. My friends made sure that everyone will know about my birthday, and we celebrate all the night meeting people, dancing, and singing with all the new and old friends.
We stay in Elqui valley for four days, visiting rivers, meeting a lot of people, making a lot of friends and ... drinking a lot too.
Christian Boltanski (French, born 1944).
Today i want to talk about Christian Boltanski, he is one of the most important artist of the current international scene, french sculptor, photographer, painter and filmmaker. His Christian mother and jewish father mark a spiritual course of his work. The influence of the Holocaust is fixed in intemate memory. His work is a fantastic escene of rigorous observation of life, full of deep memory. Through installations of fragile obects (photos, abandoned objects, clothes, shoes, tc) that was part of the belongings of people who have died, he try to find a clean way to treat the subject og death that obsesses him. Boltanski began making installations from a variety of materials and media, with light effects as integral components. One example of that was the portrait photographs of jewish schoolchildren (taken in 1931) serve as a forceful reminder of the mass muerder of jews by the nazis. In the work of this artist he filled whole rooms and corridors with items of worn clothing as a way of prompting an involuntary association with the clothing depotsat concentration camps. Objects like that serve as mute tertimony to human experience asd suffering.

Some of the most important works of Boltanski was:
Portraits- Grosse Hamburger Strasse
Migrants
Reserve of dead Swiss (One's Not Dead

Monsters of my childhood
What could have been just a movie to any grown up, to a six years old me meant a lot of time with nightmares and shadows that would hunt my biggest fears. The leyend of sleepy hollow, the rider that wondered arround with no head was one of the mivues that you shouldn't show any kid.
The movie had many things that marked me, from the dark colors of the movie to the scary story that came with it.
I would usually dream with this dark rider. My family and I would be at church, having a normal day, until the rider entered with a loud sound, sitting on his black horse with eyes red as blood, he would go to my family without hearing my screams and just when he is about to hurt them, I would wake up and inmeadiatly run to my mothers bedroom.
Sometimes fears or monsters from our childhood are hard to forget, and even now I have to change the channel if the movie is on, not only for the images that come with it, but for the images my own imagination has created, most of the time it is our own imagination that creates the biggest monsters

I know, it looks like a boring and common photo, but this picture is of the best story of my life.
Like i told you in other post last september i trip to the south alone, after being in Coyhaique i took a ship to Chiloé (30 hours of trip) and i camp in Cucao, in the other side of Cucao Lake. 15 days of non stop and extreme rain makes me take a stupid decision: i need to move, i said. In the morning i walk to Cole cole, a place that somebody told me is the place with the most overwhelming beauty of Chiloé. This place was two little towns, two huge beaches and a mountain to distance of my camp, but i feel the need of go there so i left some stuff in cucao (because my bag was a big monster of 15 k) and i took only my sleep bag and my tent and, as i plan to stay only one night in Cole cole, I buy two breads and a bottle of water.
I start walking with the same furious rain of the last 15 days but without wind, was a hard trekking of 6 hours but the view worth it. I arrived, put my tent and walk a little more to explore the place, nobody was there and the weather get worse. At night the wind move my tent hardly and the rain hit it. in the moring the situation start to worry me.
After two days inside my tent I go to a abandon house trying to enter and, lucky me, a window was opened.
4 days, 2 breads, 1 bottle of water, the most beautifull and lonely beach and this photo.

My favourite recipe
I started to cook very young, only watching my mother in the kitchen. Then when I knew more basics recipes I began to invent my own (I think they already exist, but ... you know, It was a discovery for me). I really like to cook when I'm alone in home, I put relaxing music and start.
All my recipes have an essential ingredient (because i love it so much!) the onion, and almost always coriander (I can't live without the smell of coriander).
So, today I'm going to tell you how to do my favourite sweet and sour chicken with salted vegetables.
First of all, the ingredients you need for this recipe:
For the bitter sweet sauce you need
- Balsamic vinegar
- Ketchup
- Soy sauce
- Sugar
And for the rest you need
- Chicken (without the skin)
- Any vegetable that you like, I always use carrots, onions, zucchini and corn.
- And finally to spice the chicken, salt, pepper and garlic.
Let's start with the preparation.First you have to cut the vegetables, the carrot in slices, the onion in julienne and the zucchini in slices and then in fours.
You strat cooking in a frying pan with a little bit of hot oil the onion and the carrots until the onion takes a brown color, after that you have to add sugar to caramelize it. After that add the zucchini, the corn and the chicken (cut the chicken in little pieces first). Meanwhile you have to prepare the sauce in a pot, first add two spoons of soy sauce, add one spoon of ketchup, two tea spoons of balsamic vinegar and a spoon of sugar, put it in slow fire and wait until the sugar melted.
Finally cook everything together for a few minutes only the chicken takes the flavor of the sauce.
