I started to cook very young, only watching my mother in the kitchen. Then when I knew more basics recipes I began to invent my own (I think they already exist, but ... you know, It was a discovery for me). I really like to cook when I'm alone in home, I put relaxing music and start.
All my recipes have an essential ingredient (because i love it so much!) the onion, and almost always coriander (I can't live without the smell of coriander).
So, today I'm going to tell you how to do my favourite sweet and sour chicken with salted vegetables.
First of all, the ingredients you need for this recipe:
For the bitter sweet sauce you need
- Balsamic vinegar
- Ketchup
- Soy sauce
- Sugar
And for the rest you need
- Chicken (without the skin)
- Any vegetable that you like, I always use carrots, onions, zucchini and corn.
- And finally to spice the chicken, salt, pepper and garlic.
Let's start with the preparation.First you have to cut the vegetables, the carrot in slices, the onion in julienne and the zucchini in slices and then in fours.
You strat cooking in a frying pan with a little bit of hot oil the onion and the carrots until the onion takes a brown color, after that you have to add sugar to caramelize it. After that add the zucchini, the corn and the chicken (cut the chicken in little pieces first). Meanwhile you have to prepare the sauce in a pot, first add two spoons of soy sauce, add one spoon of ketchup, two tea spoons of balsamic vinegar and a spoon of sugar, put it in slow fire and wait until the sugar melted.
Finally cook everything together for a few minutes only the chicken takes the flavor of the sauce.

Hi Luna!! this dish looks delicious! I'm hungry xD see you! bye bye! :)
