My favourite recipe

I started to cook very young, only watching my mother in the kitchen. Then when  I knew more basics recipes I began to invent my own (I think they already exist, but ... you know, It was a discovery for me). I really like to cook when I'm  alone in home, I put relaxing music and start.
All my recipes have an essential ingredient (because i love it so much!) the onion, and almost always coriander (I can't live without the smell of coriander).

So, today I'm going to tell you how to do my favourite sweet and sour chicken with salted vegetables.

First of all, the ingredients you need for this recipe:

For the bitter sweet sauce you need
- Balsamic vinegar
- Ketchup
- Soy sauce
- Sugar

And for the rest you need

- Chicken (without the skin)
- Any vegetable that you like, I always use carrots, onions, zucchini and corn.
- And finally to spice the chicken, salt, pepper and garlic.

Let's start with the preparation.
First you have to cut the vegetables, the carrot in slices, the onion in julienne and the zucchini in slices and then in fours.
You strat cooking in a frying pan with a little bit of hot oil the onion and the carrots until the onion takes a brown color, after that you have to add sugar to caramelize it. After that add the zucchini, the corn and the chicken (cut the chicken in little pieces first). Meanwhile you have to prepare the sauce in a pot, first add two spoons of soy sauce, add one spoon of ketchup, two tea spoons of balsamic vinegar and a spoon of sugar, put it in slow fire and wait until the sugar melted.
Finally cook everything together for a few minutes only the chicken takes the flavor of the sauce.

My favourite piece of technology

Hi!

My favourite piece of thechnology is without a doubt is my camera, is a Nikon D3200. I have it since 3 years and was a gift from my dad, the way that he told me about it was the lovely one, because my uncle lives in USA and he called me for skype one day, and he said to me: Luna, i have your bag here! obviously I don't understand what he was talking about, after that he showed me a bag, and showed me the camera inside with a lot of accesories. After a month my camera arrived (and my uncle too, but in that moment my uncle didn't matters).

I use my camera all the time for the university and for every day.
The world without cameras would be a world without memories, without a visual register of our ancestors, of the life style in past,or even of our most important moments of life.

" The camera relieves us of the  weigth of memory. It goes over us like a god, even so no other god has been so cynical, because the camera records to forget"  John Berger

Expectations for a new semester

Hi,

How I told you in the last post, this year for me is like a restart, which started with my trip to the south, the objective of that trip was an art proyect about Chaitén, plus I'm working in a research proyect with 3 teachers.
I hope I can finish susessfully my art proyect about Chaitén, because i finally found the subject that inspire me, and i wish we can publish the book about Arts and archive with mi teachers.

But no all is work and study, in the personal, I wish i can improve some personal aspects like temperament or confidence.

So i hope this semester be full of hard work in all ways.

Auto-Biography

Hi!
This time I going to tell you a little bit of my life. I was born in San Carlos Ñuble, a little town near Chillán in the south of Chile, San Carlos is a quiet and pacefull place to live, very close to the Ñuble river and you can see the mountains in your head, the air is always clean and the water sweet . I born in 1992, and in 1997 I moved to Santiago looking for a better job for my dad.
In santiago I arrived to Ñuñoa, to a housing state of 16 houses. 16 houses means a lot of kids to play with. I started to study at San Marcos School with my sister Belén who is 3 years more than me. Then my little sister born, Alondra the most squeeze, fluffy, lovely baby in the whole world, but the guilty of my change of school. I started to go to Heinrich High School when i was 11 years old.  After a lot of adventures, friends, good and bad moments in the school its time to "grow up".
I start to study Arts in 2011, at Universidad de Chile, and in 2013 I postponed my studies. I felt the need of doing a trip alone to the south of Chile, I started in Puerto Montt in September and finished in Caleta tortel the last days of February of this year.
Now I'm back to studies stronger, more peacefully and definitely with more self confidence.
